Contact

Bug reports, ideas for new generators, translation corrections and data requests all arrive in the same inbox.

What to write about

One form and one inbox for everything. Four things come up most often.

A bug. If a generator produced something odd, a button did nothing or a page broke, describe what you did and what happened. Naming your browser and device helps: half of all bugs live in exactly one browser.

A new generator. If you regularly need a tool that is not here, tell us what you need it for. A clear task explains far more than a name.

A translation. The site speaks twelve languages, and some phrasing surely reads like a machine wrote it. Give us the page, the language and the wording that would be right.

Your data. Deleting a review, removing a draw record, finding out what is stored about you — all of it goes through the same form. What we store is set out in the privacy policy.

How we reply

The email field is optional: without it you can still report a bug. But if you want an answer we need it, because there is no other way to reach you — the site has no accounts.

We usually reply within a few days. For data requests the law gives us one month, though it rarely takes that long.

Your address is used to answer that one message. We run no mailing list, we pass addresses to nobody, and we add you to no lists.
